What it is, and how does it work?
These sessions are designed to remove barriers and build the skills you need for recovery. Delivered via video link, we aim to efficiently solve your problem by developing the skills needed to manage recovery independently. In most cases, we follow this path:
Step 1: Develop a shared understanding of the problem – We begin by clarifying the problem we are trying to solve.
Step 2: Define recovery – Next, we define recovery and establish direction.
Step 3: Recovery plan – Finally, we develop and implement an individualised plan, drawing on our knowledge base and grounded in modern pain science, sports science, and the biopsychosocial model.
Most people benefit from 3–6 sessions over 10–12 weeks, with strategies you can continue to build on independently.
